How we started
Meet Diana, Founder of Thrive Amiga
Charlotte native Diana is a passionate connector at heart, thriving on an active lifestyle and community involvement. A married dog mom and dedicated community advocate, she can often be found running, dining at hidden gems, or exploring new cities when she isn't engaging with her local community.
As the eldest of four sisters, Diana's natural ability to connect with others led her to organize a local run for three and a half years. She now leads the volunteer team for The Around The Crown 10k Race.
Recognizing the lack of spaces for Latinas in Charlotte to connect outside of professional settings, Diana founded Thrive Amiga. Her mission is to create a supportive community where Latinas can flourish, share their stories, and celebrate their unique journeys, highlighting their incredible work and personal achievements.
